Dave Jacob is a missions mobilization practitioner, researcher, trainer, and consultant. He is the Founder and Chief Servant Officer of Gospel Mobilization, a ministry dedicated to resourcing, training, and coaching missions mobilizers. He has trained hundreds of mobilizers from all over the world.

Previously, he spent 7 years as the Chair of the Intercultural Studies department at Trinity Bible College and Graduate School in Ellendale, ND, where he used education and inspiration to mobilize students to the nations. From 2008-2014, he and his family served as missionaries in a sensitive country in Northern Asia. Dave is the author of It’s Your Call: To a Missional or Missionary Life, and the host of the Gospel Mobilization Podcast.

He has a Master of Arts degree in Missional Leadership and loves to read books about missions, spiritual formation, and neurotheology. He also enjoys gardening, camping, kayaking, and roasting his own coffee beans outside over fire.

Katy White is Vice President of Goer Experience at GoCorps. Katy graduated from Texas A&M in 2012 with a degree in Communication. While in college, the urgency of making Christ known in all nations captured her heart and her passions followed suit.

She now desires to ignite a passion for the least reached in the lives of college students and to see this generation realize their strategic place in global missions. Katy’s hobbies include cooking fancy recipes and playing the guitar. Katy resides in TX with her husband Colton.

Together they take as many opportunities to travel as they can, and are currently half-way into their goal of visiting all seven continents.

Katie Wiseman serves as the Director of Mobilization at Pioneer Bible Translators, where her work blends theological depth, practical mobilization strategy, and relational warmth.

Whether she is engaging university students, discipling missionary candidates, or cultivating long-term ministry partnerships, Katie is passionate about helping others move from curiosity to clarity—and from conviction to faithful action.

Katie lives in southwest Ohio with her husband and their two daughters. She loves strong coffee, thoughtful conversation, and helping others discern not just what they want to do with their lives, but who God is calling them to become.
